THE FORGE'S COMPACT

The sacred laws and guarantees that bind the Armory to every adventurer who bears our relics.

The Artificer's Guarantee — Returns & Refunds

Each relic is forged upon thy command and conjured into being only when thine order is received. Because our wares are crafted to thy specification, returns of unworn, unwashed garments may be petitioned within thirty (30) sun-cycles of delivery.

Should a relic arrive marred by a manufacturing hex or flawed in its forging, present thy grievance with photographic evidence within fourteen (14) sun-cycles, and we shall dispatch a replacement or restore thy coin — no tribute required.

Refunds of coin are granted at the sole discretion of the Armory's Quartermaster. Shipping tributes (the cost of carriage) are non-refundable except where the fault lies with our forge.

The Compact of Exchange — Store Terms

By placing an order within this Armory, thou enterest into a binding compact with the Armory of the Infinite Realms. Thou affirmest that the offerings of coin are thine own and that the sigils of payment thou hast provided are lawfully wielded.

All relics remain the property of the Armory until thy coin has fully cleared the treasuries. We reserve the right to refuse service to any who would defile this compact with fraud, theft, or sorcerous deception.

Prices of coin and tribute are subject to change without herald's notice, yet any order already struck shall be honored at the rate agreed upon at the time of forging.

Warranty of Arms — Product Use

Our relics are forged for the comfort and glory of the wearer. Yet heed: apparel is not armor, dice are not weapons, and no relic of this Armory shall shield thee from true steel. Misuse in battle, ritual, or reckless endeavor absolves the Armory of all liability.

Tabletop tools and miniatures are artifacts of leisure and storytelling. They contain small components unsuited for young hatchlings; keep them from the grasp of children lest choking befall them.

The Alchemist's Disclosure — Materials & Care

Garments are woven of materials disclosed upon each relic's inscription. Some may bear enchantments of dye that fade with harsh cleansing; wash thy apparel in cold waters and shun the searing heat of the dryer to preserve the sigil-work.

Colors rendered upon thy viewing-crystal may differ from the true hue of the relic, for no two scrying devices display alike. We strive for accuracy but warrant no perfect match between vision and reality.

The Law of the Realm — Disputes & Governance

These compacts shall be governed by the laws of the realm in which the Armory resides. Any dispute arising from this compact shall first be brought before the Armory's Quartermaster for parley.

Should parley fail, the matter shall be settled in the courts of the governing realm. No class-action conjuration shall be permitted; each adventurer must petition alone or be joined by named allies.

These compacts were last inscribed by the Quartermaster's hand. By ordering, thou acceptest their terms in full.
